Hi...I'm Ishmel, but my friends and family call me "Ish."
I have spent the last 30 years of my life learning the ins and outs of business, real estate, and life in general. I began my life as a poor kid growing up in the inner city of Atlanta GA. Humble beginnings doesn't begin to describe the challenges I faced as a kid.
I have had to overcome poverty, the absence of a father, crime and drug influences, and an overall lack of opportunity. Each day was a struggle for survival, and filled with fear and uncertainty. That was however until I took my fate into my own hands, and joined the military. The military provided a jumping off point for what has turned into a very successful career in Telecommunications, entrepreneurship, and real estate investing.
Giving Back
My journey has been filled with ups and downs, many successes, and unfortunately some failures. It's taken me 30 years to reach what I would consider "durable fulfillment." I am now living the life I want, and on my terms. I want to teach what I have learned in business, real estate, and life in general for the benefit of those who need it. Those who find themselves as I often did with their backs against the wall, frustrated, and with no good sources to turn to. The reason its taken me so long to reach durable fulfillment is because many of the lessons I learned, I learned by doing the wrong thing, and by reading...a lot. It doesn't have to be that way for you. That's why I started this company. The things I know the most about, I will teach you. I also have a team of professionals ready to teach and assist as well.
